Launched in September 2025, The Empower programme equips students with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to thrive in a rapidly evolving global landscape. 

Through immersive learning experiences in Philanthropy, Entrepreneurship, Digital Literacy, and Global Citizenship, we empower our girls to lead with purpose, innovate with confidence, and engage meaningfully with the world around them.

This programme is the first of its kind in a UK Prep School – and demonstrates our commitment to innovative and progressive teaching. Readiness for tomorrow starts on their first day!

Organising our curriculum content into themes will help students see real-world connections.

• Global Citizenship: "The World We Share – Culture, Sustainability & Global Issues"

Practical Application & Experiential Learning:

Each strand will include hands-on projects to reinforce learning:

• Philanthropy: Organising community service initiatives or charity campaigns.
• Entrepreneurship: Developing business pitches, social enterprises, or startup simulations.
• Digital Literacy: Coding challenges, digital storytelling, or media literacy projects.
• Global Citizenship: Model UN debates, cultural exchange activities, or sustainability projects.
